1. Inform the local area Fire and Rescue Services (FRS) and the local HSE office under The Dangerous Substances (Notification and marking of sites) Regulations 1990.
2. Display a yellow hazard sign at the storage area access points and ideally display an oxidising agent sign where the fertiliser is stored.
