Diammonium Phosphate (DAP)

Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) is a compound fertiliser used widely in the agricultural industry. It is more commonly referred to as DAP.

 

DAP is produced combining ammonia phosphoric acid with ammonia. It contains 18% nitrogen and 46% phosphorus pentoxide.

 

It is a granular fertiliser which can be applied direct or used as part of a blend.

A mixture of ammonium nitrate and fine-grained mineral containing Calcium Sulphate with an addition of anti-caking agents, will ensure a high quailty yield. The sulphur increases the effectiveness of nitrogen fertilisation and is beneficial for the content and quality of protein in the plant.
